Light clean (Living area)

Dusting of surfaces (including ceiling fans and blinds), vacuuming/sweeping, mopping

*Under 1000 sq ft  $65 flat rate

*Greater than 1000 sq ft $85 flat rate

Kitchen Light Clean

Wiping down counter tops, Doing dishes, taking out trash, sweeping &mopping floors

*$40 flat rate or if added to “Light Clean” only $20 flat rate

Kitchen Deep Clean

All of Kitchen Light Clean plus taking everything out of cabinents, pantry, and fridge and cleaning surfaces then replace items; disposal of all expired food items; wipe down all baseboards

*Flat rate of $50-$75 depending on Kitchen size.

Bathroom Deep Clean

Counters and mirrors, bathtub/shower, toilet, floors, wet dust baseboard

*Flat rate of $20 per bathroom

*If added to Light Clean only $10 extra per bathroom

Bedrooms

Pick up area, dust, clean and make bed, vacuum/sweep/mop

*$20 flat rate per bedroom

* If added to Light Clean of living area $10/bedroom

*If added to Light clean of living area and kitchen $5/bedroom

*Any other services can be discussed at home inspection/price proposal.

**This is a new business so prices are subject to change but client will be made aware ahead of time. Once a client is established for regular cleaning they lock in for 1 year at those prices. So if prices do change they will not get charge any extra

**Also discounts can be discussed and applied for clients who request regular weekly, biweekly, or monthly services.
